Distance from the nearest serving hub, not a zone map. That is what lets us price Bolgatanga on the same rate card as Osu from the first day.

Volume gets you a negotiated rate card, a prepaid wallet instead of per-shipment payment, consolidated invoicing and bulk booking through the API.
Questions
About the price
When am I actually charged?
The amount is held against your wallet when the shipment is created and captured when it is delivered. A shipment that is cancelled before collection releases the hold in full. If the final price differs from the quote beyond a small tolerance, we ask you to confirm before capturing anything.
Which days count as working days?
Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Ghanaian public holidays do not count towards a transit promise, and the cutoff times shift accordingly.
What happens if nobody is there?
The rider records a failed attempt with a reason, and you and the recipient are both notified. We attempt again the next working day. After the final attempt the parcel is returned to the sender.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. International lanes are built into the platform — customs declarations, HS codes, Incoterms and duties are all modelled — but no partner carrier is connected, so we do not accept international bookings today.
