About tracking

Do recipients need an account to track a parcel?
No. Anyone with the tracking number can look it up. The public page is deliberately redacted — it shows the status, the town and the timeline, and never the sender's or recipient's address, phone number or name.
What happens if nobody is there?
The rider records a failed attempt with a reason, and you and the recipient are both notified. We attempt again the next working day. After the final attempt the parcel is returned to the sender.
Which days count as working days?
Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Ghanaian public holidays do not count towards a transit promise, and the cutoff times shift accordingly.
